1. It is ILLEGAL to continue to sell something that is recalled!
2. Only certain modle numbers are recalled
I have this same toy and mine is NOT a recalled modle. Now im 100% sure the models that they are selling on here are not recalled either.
Both my kids loved this and we are about to pass it on :)
