(More customer reviews)Bought this for my 3 year old daughter. She's a big, big, BIG fan of Kai-Lan and her friends. Adorable little phone and GREAT idea, since toddlers seem to love cellphones. Only problem is that the volume is very, very low and not adjustable (some toys have volume switches but this one doesn't). My daughter keeps telling everyone near her to BE QUIET bc she's talking to Kai-Lan and her friends and can't hear what they're saying! If it were just a little louder, this toy would be perfect!!! I'd definitely recommend this item to a friend (with the obvious caveat).
