(More customer reviews)While my son and I were waiting for my husband to make a purchase, I saw this toy and thought my 2 yr. old son might like it since he loves music. Not only did he play with the guitar while it was in the box in the store, he wouldn't let go of it! This is a child, I might add, who is not always that interested in toys so this was a first. Needless to say, we bought the guitar for the holiday, but couldn't wait to give it to him. He LOVES it! It's great for any kid, but I'd like to point out in particular, for parents with special needs children, this is a real plus. It has different buttons to push, and one to pull, and another to move back and forth, so is good for fine motor skills. It is also good cognitively since the child can put together different sounds depending upon which character he/she touches. For a child who enjoys music, it's a real motivator.
