We have 3 girls and have gone through many doll houses priced from moderate to high, but this doll house is the only one I would ever buy again. Luckily, I don't have to because here it is 7 years later and still like new. My youngest daughter is now using this just as regularly as her sisters did before her. Many of the pieces of furniture are built right in so they never get lost. I have purchased supplimental pieces over the years and they fit perfectly into the rooms. The quality on this is very high and I know we will keep it for our "someday" grandchildren. It makes an impressive gift for Christmas; but be warned, she won't want to stop playing with it long enough to open anything else.
