(More customer reviews)This doll looks incredibly cute in every sales photo, but when I got mine (straight from the factory because Amazon's only seller sent me the incorrect doll), it had a hair cut that looked like a 3 yr old had gotten carried away with the scissors in back. Instead of the cute little bob that is apparent from the front, the hairs on the rest of her head are layered much shorter. The hairs at the very top then cover the shorter hairs underneath, but don't go all the way down to her neck. Instead, they stop in the middle of her head. There is no way to do anything with her hair except brush it smooth. It still looks very messy even though the doll is brand new from a sealed box. If not for the hair, I would give it 5 stars.
