(More customer reviews)My fifteen month old daughter received these animals as a Christmas gift and adores them. Like the ark they are designed to accompany, they sturdy and easily wiped clean. She enjoys playing with them and trying to name them. I can see that this toy will definitely be around for a while, as the play possibilities will expand when she is old enough to "pretend play" situations with the characters. It would have been nice if some of the male and female animals resembled each other a bit better in terms of color so she could recognize them better as being the same species, but this is a very minor gripe. Highly recommended.
