The handle has to be snapped in place in the front and then removed to snap in the back postion, which my daughter cannot do, not too big of a deal just fustrating for her. Also the tray is useless. It you have to move the cover back to get to the insertion area for the tray to be placed in, which my daughter also can't do and it is a hard fit. The tray is also very flimsy and doesn't stay in the holder, so when you have a doll in the carrier the tray will just fall out. THe carrier is a tight fit for our 15 inch doll.
