Coach and Kip pop open and closed just like they do on the Disney cartoon. 1 piece, Fran the squirrel, might be a choking hazard, so be careful with smaller children. My son, 22 months old, plays with these toys during bathtime, as they are plastic. Unfortunately, now that Disney seems to have removed Higglytown Heroes from its daily lineup, the toy is our only contact with Higglytown! :(
