(More customer reviews)This past December, 2007, I bought the digital arts & crafts studio through amazon and my daugthers were very excited. However, we were then all very disappointed since it never worked. I even invested in a new and better video device for my computer, following the instructions in the screen that said that my computer needed it, and after spending money and time in buying this and also bringing someone to my home to try to make the digital arts & crafts studio work, I decided to quit on my attempt. In the meantime, I called the Fisher Price offices in the US (a long distance call) and a guy named Andrew told me he couldn't help me because it was purchased for use outside the US. Then I called their offices in Costa Rica, which were supposed to give support to all the Latin American region, and after taking to a lady named Verónica, she assured me she would call me back with an answer the next day. I'm still waiting. I hope that Fisher Price don't do this to other customers because it is a shame.
