(More customer reviews)We were very disappointed in this toy phone. The picture gives a false idea that there are actually keys that you can push on the key board. Its just one big plate and all the letters and numbers are connected. If that makes sense. Also, it was switched to the 'on' switch the entire time so the batteries were dead by the time they got opened for christmas which we were not aware of or we could have had extra batteries ready. The kids are ok with it but its not what I had in mind for them at all.
